Bloody show? TMI pic included

so at 37 weeks i was told i’m 4cm dilated. i’m currently 38 weeks and 4 days, no more signs of labor except this morning when i went to use the bathroom, i wiped and this was only there once then gone. is this bloody show? do i need to call l&d?
