Placenta attachment

Hi, I am about 7 weeks and three days pregnant. This is my fourth pregnancy, I have two kids and miscarried in my previous one. I went to get an ultrasound done this past Monday, they confirmed baby was healthy, healthy heart rate, however, the doctor did mention something about the placenta maybe wanting to detach itself in the wrong place. He made me an appt in two weeks, does anyone have any experience with this? Is there something I can do to help my body?
