I am 20 weeks and I asked my husband if my ribs on my back were bruised because of the pain. No bruising, doctor says my body is just growing to accommodate the baby. Any remedies to help alleviate the pain around my ribs?

Consider getting a belly support band. It could be the extra strain on those muscles, that they’re obviously not used to.
