Avoiding Nausea Tip 😊

Hey ladies! 

Not sure if anyone else has been experiencing this - but sometimes foods (that I can manage to keep down) can leave a nasty aftertaste in my mouth that won’t go away and it’ll make me start to get nauseous. It’s like the taste and ingredients will coat my tongue. And of course, brushing my teeth all day isn’t realistic - so I bought a tongue scraper and it has been a LIFE SAVER!

As soon as I eat, I go and scrape my tongue and the food stays down SO much better. I don’t feel nearly as sick.
