Sch vs miscarriage bleeding

Hello all, two days ago I had very light spotting, yesterday I had a little more and today is bright red bleeding. Looks like period blood to me. Heading to the doctor soon but she probably won’t tell me much. Has anyone had this? My last pregnancy which ended in miscarriage I had a hematoma but it had healed before the miscarriage, but I did not have any bleeding.

Im currently going though this and I do have and hematoma and it feel  like period
