Fluctuating HCG. HELP!!

TW: bleeding, miscarriage
Hello all! My last period started may 10th. My cycles last about 26 days. I was late and didn’t think anything of it and decided to test on June 8th and it was positive. I took another 2 tests on the 9th, both were positive so I called my GP and they ordered a blood test and my results were 92. I couldn’t help myself and test again on the 11 and both tests looked a little lighter than the ones on the 9th so I decided to test again on the 11th. That test was definitely lighter. I called my doctor and they ordered serial testing. I tested that day and it came back at 45. At 5pm I started spotting and had some small clots. I only used a panty liner. So not very much blood. No cramping. I went to the ER on the 15th when the spotting didn’t stop and light cramping started. They tested my levels and they dropped again to 32. They did an internal ultrasound and they couldn’t find anything in my uterus or in my tubes. They didn’t say I was having a miscarriage but suggested I follow up with my obgyn. My spotting stopped on the 16 around 11pm and I was feeling ok. I called my ob and they saw me on the 20th and they believed I was having a miscarriage but wanted me to continue getting my levels checked to watch them decrease. The doctor said if my levels do go up that I should get them tested every 2-3 days but if they go down just check them once a week. After my appointment I got my levels checked and they went up to 43. I had my levels checked every 2 days for the past 2 weeks and they are slowly rising. They were staying above a 35% increase until yesterday and now it’s at a 25% increase. I had spotting on 7/1 with dime sized clots and it increased to light bleeding late that night. I am not having any cramping. My symptoms are still super strong. Today is 7/2 and my bleeding has slowed. The day before each bleeding I had some “one on one time” and had the full finish. I’m not sure if that is what caused the spotting/bleeding. I’m really not sure what is going on. I am ok with whatever outcome I receive, I’m hopeful everything is ok still. I also had all my levels checked by the same lab to keep it consistent.

6/14- 45miu/ml hcg - 5 weeks 2 days
6/14- spotting and dime sized clots - 5pm

6/15- ER visit
6/15- ultrasound- nothing found
6/15- 32miu/ml hcg - 5 weeks 4 days
6/16- spotting stopped - 11pm
6/18- 31miu/ml hcg - 5 weeks 6 days
6/20- 43miu/ml hcg - 6 weeks 1 day
6/22- 64miu/ml hcg - 6 weeks 3 days
6/24- 89miu/ml hcg - 6 weeks 5 days
6/27- 131miu/ml hcg - 7 weeks 1 day
6/29- 188miu/ml hcg - 7 weeks 3 days
7/1- 236miu/ml hcg - 7 weeks 5 days
7/1- spotting and dime sized clots - 1pm
7/2- bleeding - half pad
7/3- spotting - no pantyliner
I will be having my levels checked again on the 5th as my local lab is closed for the long weekend.
Has anyone had decreasing levels that then slowly went back up? Anything is helpful even if it bad news. My doctors haven’t called me at all. I will be calling on the 5th as I have an appointment on the 6th and want to make sure I should still come in. The appointment was to be my 8 week appointment but I’m not sure if they canceled it do to thinking I was miscarrying. I believe I have had 3 other miscarriages in the past with my ex husband. But I never had a confirmation as I started to bleed before my 8 week appointment. This is my first pregnancy with my current boyfriend, we have been together since September. We are long distance and this is the 3rd cycle that I ovulated while I was visiting him as we are long distance. So I’m grateful that we have been so lucky to have this chance, and if we do lose this pregnancy, I know it is possible for us to conceive and have another chance. Sorry for the long post.

Re: Fluctuating HCG. HELP!!
Yes, sex can cause bleeding. So that may be part of the reason you are spotting.
Your HGC I have no clue. Go to your appointment on Wednesday and ask for answers.
Yes, the ER will not be able to give you good answers. They are not specifically trained in OB. They ALWAYS say follow up w/ your provider. Unless you are admitted, they will do the minimal amount of care necessary and refer you to your normal doc.
