Subchorionic Hemorrhage/Hematoma

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone has ever had an experience with a subchorionic hemorrhage/hematoma? This is my first pregnancy and I’m 9w2d today. Went in for and ultrasound on 6/20 and the doctor called last friday saying they found a subchorionic hemorrhage upon reviewing the ultrasound images. I’m kind of freaking out as this is my first pregnancy and am super scared that it’s going to cause complications. The doctor recommended pelvic test and that’s all she really had to say. I’ll know more tomorrow after my first appt with my OB but was just looking to see if anyone else has been in this situation before. Thanks!!
