What to eat to stay full??

I am 10w6.. and I literally have to eat every hour to two hours to keep myself from being nauseous and/or sick. It’s really quite annoying. Third pregnancy, first of this kind.. Luckily, I am eating mostly healthy things but quick weight gain is on my mind. What are you eating to stay full longer?

  • Greek yogurt with fruit and granola. English muffin with peanut butter and banana, cheese and crackers. Apple slices and almond butter. Overnight oats with chia seeds and fruit. You need protein to stay full for longer.

  • Eggs, either scrambled or French omelette style with rosemary, salt, pepper, and a dollop of ricotta. It’s HEAVEN, gives you all your choline for the day, and keeps you full from breakfast to mid-day-snack-o’clock!
  • Peanut butter (take a spoonful and dip it in sole semi-sweet chocolate chips). I find it keeps me full til morning.
    I’ve also eaten leftover BBQ before bed and that helps too. 😉
    For me, the protein and healthy fat, the better.
