Lightening crotch

All day I’ve had really bad lightening crotch. It’s so bad. I’ve been trying to fall asleep for the last hour and it’s just getting worse. Now I have that sharp feeling but it’s mostly happening in my clitoris. What can I do to help! I’m almost in tears. My clitoris is I. So much pain when it happens!

Try rolling from one side to another so that your pelvis goes into a better position. Otherwise if you have a birthing ball try on that. 🥺 Good luck!

Ugh it’s so painful, I understand completely! I’ve been getting lightning butthole too! The only thing I’ve found to help was to try not using your inner thigh muscles. Or slide out of bed and switch sleeping sides that way instead of rolling over in bed. Hope that helps!
