Thrush? Teething?

Baby is near 6 months old. First two bottom teeth at 4 months. She has a small white spot on her upper gums slightly off to the right with what looks like a hole in the center, like a little lesion. It doesn't look like the white spots from her first teeth.

Wondering if anyone else saw something similar with the upper teeth/gums? She doesn't have any other white spots in her mouth and it doesn't seem to be painful.
