Slow Rising HCG?

Hi all - new member here. I'm currently undergoing IVF. I am pregnant but my levels have been slow to rise. They started at 29 two days after the embryo transfer. Today, my levels are 172, up from 60 four days ago. I go in again in two days for more bloodwork (UGH) and pregnancy scan. It's super frustrating that the doctors can only monitor and can't tell me one way or another whether the pregnancy is viable. Anyone else ever experience this? This is my first time undergoing IVF.

For background, my husband and I were defined as unexplained infertility. Our numbers are great on paper but obviously something isn't working. We were able to get pregnant before but unfortunately, I miscarried during IUI.
