How often do baby's hide during a 40 minutes ultrasound

I am 19 years old my baby did not want to show a left hand during the ultrasound and the doctor noted that the left hand appeared to be absent so in a week from today I take another ultrasound to see if maybe the baby will move and show his left hand please answer my question I'm just so young and I'm freaking out badly
