R/R: We have an offer on our house! We sent a counter offer this morning… waiting to hear back! 👏👏👏

WAYDTGKU: We leave for a pretty long vacation on Thursday and I refuse to stress about stuff so we are going to fall into the NTNP boat this month I think.  I will not be tracking anything.  My cycles are always so regular, even after my last loss, so I am going to just wing it.  

R/R:  Can not wait to get away!!!!

@ejoseph16 fingers crossed on the offer!  I have been there and it is sooooooooo exciting/stressful at the same time haha.

@ReadyForaB they countered back, but I think we are going to accept. They wanted us to pay closing costs, so we countered to split 50/50. They countered today, raising their offer, but we still pay closing.
