Yellow discharge

I am 8 weeks pregnant, I have very less vaginal discharge but sometimes I see yellow discharge on wiping. I will talk with my doctor but wanted to check if anyone else experienced the same?

I'm 8w5d and im having the same thing im calling my doctor in the morning. The discharge comes and go. I think its BV tho.
