We’re starting out with the Graco snugride snugfit 35 LX and Graco fast action fold jogger, because we walk in paved trails a lot and wanted a stroller that could keep up! The infant seat snaps right in, so we just have a base in each of our cars too.
After browsing several "best of" lists, we went with the Chicco Bravo system - super easy transfers, folding, and the stroller even converts from infant to toddler.
We finally decided on the nuna rx lite after researching and going back and forth for months. We were originally between the Uppababy, Nuna and Doona. The Nuna because the obvious choice between the Uppababy and Nuna. I was torn about the doona because it’s very popular and trendy, the convenience of the attached wheels is very appealing. However, it has some safety rating concerns, sits very low, is about 16 lbs without a baby in it and is not compatible with a larger stroller (we went with Uppababy Vista). The Nuna rx lite is expensive but very solid, weighs only about 6.5 lbs, very safe, great looking and compatible with the Uppababy stroller.
