Major concern

This is my 2nd pregnancy and I just went for my 1st ultrasound. Thought I was about 9 weeks or so but baby is measuring 6weeks 6 days. The gestational sac was also "slightly" abnormal but there was a strong heartbeat of 120bpm. My doctor said she is "fairly confident" everything will turn out ok but needless to say I'm a nervous wreck. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? And what was the outcome?
