I’m having the hardest time sleeping past 4:30am! I usually go to bed around 10/11 and I’m awake by 5 at the latest and I’m suffering! I work full time from home, 2 of my kids are officially on summer break, one of those kids plus my 3rd are home sick with Covid and I can’t function! Are there any natural sleep aids out there that are safe to take?
