Cramping at 14w?

I’ve been feeling some cramping on and off all morning and am 14w today. Is this normal? It’s not painful but I was out for a walk and needed to sit down

i’m 14 weeks today and have been feeling very crampy recently too! i’ve been told it’s normal and that i just needed to drink more water lol
