Second ultrasound

So I had my very first appointment on 6/6/2022 last Monday and it didn’t go as we thought. But when we went back today we saw not just one sac but TWO!!! My dr was like I was wondering why your levels were so high. I asked him if he knew how far I was and he told me I’m most likely right at the cuff of the heart beat which mean I’m actually earlier then I thought he believes I’m about 6 wks. I go back on Friday to double check to see how everything is working out. But I’m in shock seeing two sacs? I test positive on the 4th of may so I’m just confused how I’m 6 wks but the second sac didn’t show up on the first appointment it did today tho? I go back in this Friday to see. We didn’t take any pictures or anything because we wanna wait to we see something good but this is what I found online that looks similar to my ultrasound (ITS NOT MY REAL ULTRASOUND)
