My son accidentally bit his tongue yesterday while playing. But he didn't take it as serious now that he could not swallow anything, and his tongue seemed swollen. Any suggestions from anyone have experience would be appreciated. Please....

Did you call his doctor? That is the very first thing I would do… internet strangers who do not know your child or the injury will be no actual help to you. If it’s so swollen that he can’t swallow, I’d maybe even skip calling his doctor and take him right to an immediate care/ emergency room…
