Pineapple core

Hello all! 

Just wanted to share a yummy way to get that pineapple core in. I’m in the midst of my first IVF cycle, and trying any little tricks and tips to give us a positive outcome! It seems like the most common “old wives tale” to support implantation is pineapple, specifically the core. 

I’ve been eating pineapple and some core since my transfer. The core is tough and not easy to chew or eat. 

This weekend my husband sliced the pineapple in rings (kept the core in of course) and threw it on the grill for a few minutes. I sprinkled with cinnamon and SO GOOD! I would eat this regardless of IVF it’s that tasty. Just wanted to share 😃
