Restricted blood flow to uterus

Heya! New here and due October 17th. I found out I had restricted blood flow to the uterus ( sitting in the 95 percentile which is abnormal) they expect this will cause fetal growth restrictions. I will be having regular growth scans. This may have been caused by having covid in the first trimester.
Has any had this that could shed some light on their experiences.

As for your question, I haven’t personally had that but my best friend’s 2nd son had many complications including IUGR and required more frequent scanning. She delivered him early and he did spend awhile in NICU but is thriving today.
