I second with continuing your current workout. I ran before my first pregnancy, and continued daily— including running three miles the day I went to deliver.
Biking is okay, as long as you’re safe about it and you aren’t doing the type of biking that is more prone to falling (think mountain biking.) Cycling on a path or safe roads is perfectly fine first trimester!
I’m a big fan of long walks (and so is the dog, so it’s a win-win), and lots of yoga. I bought Asana Rebel for $30/year and I’d say it’s worth it, but there are tons of free classes on YouTube if that’s your thing. I was a personal trainer for seven years and always lifted like a madwoman, but this pregnancy has me wiped and the gentle route just feels better right now. That being said, give yourself some grace.
