What is the best exercise for the first trimester!? When dealing with anxiety

I am 5 weeks pregnant and been suffering anxiety as I'm off my meds what is the best exercise when I'm used to running 5k 3 days a week. But my body has been sore. Thinking about taking up swimming!?

Answers

  • You can continue doing what you typically do.  If you are sore for running, walking is great!  If you want to try swimming, do it!  

    Stationary bike is also great, too!
