Heartburn meds

This is my 3rd pregnancy and the heartburn has already started 😩 Wondering what people are taking to lessen it?

Background:
With my 1st I took Tums but I ended up getting a very painful calcium kidney stone 1 month postpartum (urologist said it’s possible from popping too many Tums especially since it’s the only stone I’ve ever had) so I will def never be doing that again. The pain was almost worse than childbirth.

With my 2nd I took Zantac but I heard that’s not recommended anymore?

@bauerpower1990 following because the heart burn is real! Especially laying down at night for me. I also loved in Tums my whole third trimester last pregnancy

@bauerpower1990 @tryingktogku Real Food for Pregnancy recommends a tsp to a tbsp of apple cider vinegar diluted in a glass of water.
