What is normal swelling in legs and ankles?

So since Friday I have noticed the swelling in my legs, ankles, and feet has not went down. I have been drinking plenty of water and exercising but it has gotten to the point of being very painful to walk and it feels like they are burning. This is my first baby and I am 33 weeks today. I do not know exactly what’s considered normal or not? Any suggestions?
