I have congestion and sinus pressure. I’ve been taking Claritin for allergies but I’ve been nervous about taking anything else. Tips or ideas ?

I had pounding sinus pressure above my eyebrows last week and using a saline nasal spray (nonmedicated) 3-4 times a day has helped with the pain and pressure a lot.
