Failed IVF + ICS - No fecundation

Hi, community! My husband and I tried IVF + ICSI last month. It failed. During embryos extraction, doctor only could take 4. Second day I had a call from lab and 2 of my embryos were not matured enough and they said they will tried with the other 2. Third day, they call again and said thye couldnt see fecundation on them. My husband sperm has low movility and as he is in a medical treatment we froze a sample in perls. My clinic want to start another attempt but I'm wondering if I was properly estimulated or not, or if that's a sign of another situation. Some comments will help me a lot!
