Drinking emergency-C

Is it safe to drink an emergency-C packet everyday to keep your immune system up?? Or should I avoid it and only drink like orange juice or something?

I drink these all the time, I don’t see why it would harm your baby in anyway

They were recommended by my midwife. They also help in keeping you hydrated.
