High hcg at 3 weeks 5 days

Hi all! First pregnancy here. 38 years old so quite nervous about miscarriage…
Got my frer bfp at home Saturday 5/7 - went to lab for blood work and result was 10 - that was 2 weeks 6 days (first day of last period was 4/18). I went to a lab to get blood work yesterday, 5/13 which was 3 weeks 5 days. Hcg was 463. According to the charts I found, this is extremely high for not even 4 weeks yet. Am I wrong about that and this is within normal range? I’m reading maybe multiples or Down’s syndrome is possible with high levels. Thanks in advance for any insights!
Ps first dr appt is Tuesday, which will be 4 weeks 1 day and if it double by then I’m getting close to 1,000 which seems nuts!
