Hello,
I have been struggling with infertility for 3 years now. We started our first iui in January with letrozle and had one follicle with no success. Second iui in Feb (3 folliciles) no success. Now I'm in the process of third iui , I took letrozle and today had my ultrasound and found out i have only 1 follicle (31 mm). However, during my baseline ultrasound which was last week, the doctor saw a follicle 21 mm and told me it might be a cyst, but today they said that this one has grown to 31 mm and it could be a follicle and said we should proceed.
I'm not sure what to do or how to feel.. please advise....
