Needing reassurance

am currently 6w pregnant. Went to ER with mild cramping and some spotting. Transvaginal ultrasound was preformed. Ultrasound showed a fetal pole measuring .27mm, but no HB and no yolk sac with a small subchorionic hematoma. Ultrasound showed I was 5w6d along. ER doc said that I could still be to early to see anything just yet. Went to have labs drawn 2 days later, hgc levels are still rising. I have had a miscarriage back in 2014 that was pickup on same kind of ultrasound at 6w showing baby's HB was 110bpm ended up miscarrying at 8w. Have been all over Google (never google anything) and most of what I'm seeing is saying I could end up miscarrying again. So my stress level has been at an all time high. Has anyone went through this before and everything ended being just fine. I go for labs again in a week and the another ultrasound to make sure there is a HB, OB Doc doesn't seem concerned about my hgc levels but I can't help but think this pregnancy will end, my symptoms have subsided a lil but not much
