I’m 10 dpo with negative blood test am I still in?

I desperately need some hope I did a blood test at 10 Dpo and came back <6 mIU. Is it just low enough I possibly still have a chance? Or am I out? I have one sore boob I cramped for a whole week after ovulation, I’m so tired, hungry all the time, emotional, pinching on sides occasionally. Someone please help.
