Hibiscus

I had one glass of hibiscus tea before reading it’s not safe. Did I harm my baby? I’m 18 weeks. Has anyone else made this mistake? I’m worried and could use some mind easing. Thanks

You’ll be fine and you can’t do anything about it now, if it’s harmful at all. I’ve never heard that hibiscus tea is bad during pregnancy. If you are still concerned call your doctor’s nurse line.
