Birth controls effect on milk supply

I’m 2 an a half months postpartum and started birth control a month ago; since starting birth control my milk supply has been extremely low and prior to the birth control I was producing so much. I stopped my birth control 5 days ago and I definitely see a difference. Anyone experience this and have any tips on how to help milk come in faster

If your BC has estrogen, this is absolutely a thing. And I’ve heard of it anecdotally with non-estrogen forms as well.
