5 Weeks - Post IVF

Hi all, I'm new here.

I had my round of IVF and have confirmed pregnant. I am 5 weeks, 1 day as of today, and I have another HCG test Monday to test my numbers and see where I'm at, hopefully over 2500 in numbers to confirm a non chemical pregnancy.

That said, I have very little if any pregnancy symptoms. I have breast tenderness now and again but I don't know if it's from my injections or actual changes, as well as some cramps now and again down in the middle lower belly like a pulling feeling. I'm a tired person already so I don't know if I have further fatigue or not.

I did a home pregnancy test with first response yesterday to test my lines, and my pregnancy confirmation line is nice strong and solid and darker than the control line. I'm still scared with my little symptoms if it really means I'm pregnant / if this is normal or not.

Any help is appreciated :)

A missed period is also a very indicative symptom.

I didn't have any noticeable pregnancy symptoms until after 6 weeks and even then they were fairly mild. What's most important is that you have a missed period

Symptoms or lack of symptoms have no bearing on the outcome of a pregnancy.  You have a missed period right? That is a symptom.

Hi there! I'm following you, one week behind, IVF pregnancy here too. I have positive pregnancy tests, and blood tests, and it has been 4 weeks since my implantation. I dont have any symptoms either, that's why I go and have the blood test every 2-3 days (privately), just to make sure it's still true.

Big thanks to all of you lovely ladies, talking some sense to us about symptoms or lack of. 🤗

I found it hard to tell what was a symptom of the hormone medications and what was a pregnancy symptom but I would just go with what your clinic says
