Bleeding in early pregnancy

Hi all,
Just looking to offload really.
I tested positive 11 DPO — told myself it was still so early and tried not to get carried away but you know how it is. Currently I am 16 DPO but last night I started getting mild-moderate cramping late in the evening when I was out with friends and when I got back there was blood when I wiped. Two wipes were red/pink, followed immediately by 2-3 very small amounts of brown blood.
Today I’ve had some brown blood when wiping, again just a tiny amount, alongside mild cramping.
Really struggling with not being able to tell whether this was a chemical pregnancy, early miscarriage etc or something else. I know when I speak to my MD they’ll probably just tell me to wait as well. This is so hard.

Try to stay positive and think positive, as I’ve read some stuff that said those all could be related to implantation. Or just the motions of the first trimester.
