Could I be pregnant?

Hey guys so I have irregular periods, sometimes I won’t even have one. But that’s only every few months. I recently didn’t have my period for feb and March, I got a nice heavy one April 4th to 8th, my boyfriend and I had sex the 8th, 11th and 13th.
On the 11th i started spotting.. I had pink light discharge only when I wipe and on the 12th It was heavier, it was enough for me to have to change my underwear and I still see light pink discharge but only when I wipe.. online it says ovulation bleeding, implantation bleeding. I don’t notice a change in myself other than I do feel a lower back pain and cramps in my lower stomach. My period that was April 4th was EXTRA hormonal. I have never gotten a positive ovulation test, but have only taken 15 in the last year and I got a negative pregnancy test two days ago. ( today is April 20th and the spotting finally stopped ) and now yesterday morning I woke up with hives on my lower back, pelvis, hip and fingers, they do itch.
