Acid reflux at night

Having trouble sleeping with a lot of acid reflux started to eat less things assuming that’s what causing it help…. Going to see my doctor Friday but I need sleep

Sleeping slightly upright helped me. I’d add an extra pillow or sleep in an armchair and see if that helps keep your acid where it’s supposed to be.
