oh I hoped this was a typo and it was actually whining wednesday LOL

BUT I did make a vegan "chicken" pot pie the other night and all my kids loved it! Sometimes dinner is such a struggle with them, so when they love something it really makes me happy.

@lilirunning34 I am amazed every time how much of my "mom self worth" is tied to my child eating. Its primal!

My win was getting my hummingbird feeders outside. Now we will see if i get them refilled or if they just turn into huge ant traps ;-)

I meant to write this up yesterday.

My company's parent company does a monthly newsletter and also has coaching young kids as part of their mission statement. There's a sponsorship program where you can apply and get $500 for your team that you coach. Since I was one of the ones that got the sponsorship (apparently the first one they approved!) as a mentor for a robotics team I got featured with a few others talking about what it means to be a coach in the March newsletter which just showed up in our office yesterday!

What's funny is when they asked for a picture they asked for a picture of myself, headshot, or a shot of our team. Everybody else did headshots while I did a full body shot next to our robot so I really stand out on the page 😁

I'm not sure, but I may have been the first from our medium sized company to be featured in the newsletter so that's cool! I'll also be in next month's newsletter as I won the big prize from a wellness challenge raffle drawing that happened earlier this year. April's newsletter theme highlights wellness. I get featured with the rowing machine I picked out.

We get these newsletters mailed to us too so you bet I'm making sure I keep last months and this months lol
