Abs are sore?

Anyone else have sore feeling abs? Almost like I did too many crunches but definitely haven’t got the energy to do that. I also am so exhausted all day and only in my 4th week lol

I’ve been having this for about a week! It’s most likely from implantation and also our muscles starting to relax and expand!

That makes sense! It’s funny because it almost feels like I’ve worked out but definitely have been doing none of that haha
