Possible Miscarriage

I am 6+2 weeks today (4/18). On 4/15 I had light spotting of dark brown color. It lasted 24 hours. Stayed light and dark. I can’t say I’ve had cramping or back pain. Nothing too noticeable. My breasts are still sore, but no other symptoms from that start. Last night, I had diarrhea and began flu-like symptoms: sore throat, body aches, but no fever yet.

I am worried sick that I am having a miscarriage. I have my first infrasound scheduled for Wednesday, but calling my dr this AM as soon as they open.

Can anyone relate to these symptoms? Has anyone had flu-like symptoms after spotting?
