Did you lose any friends?

Hello everyone,
My little one is now 2 months old, and I used to have many friends..used to..
I told everyone, and slowly throughout the pregnancy they disappeared..
I'm insecure so for some I wondered "did I do something wrong?".
One female friend did explain that she is happy for me but it pains her as she believed to have a baby by her age (41y.o.) and she is not in a relationship, so it is like watching her dreams come true, just not in her life, which is very depressing.
I do understand, but it hurts me too.
I've lost 4 friends during my pregnancy and birth. None have came to see the little guy despite saying "love to see him" and I say "whenever you come downtown" and then they post Facebook photos of them being 2 blocks away from where I am yet I have no message or text of "I'm in your area" ..
I miss them. Did you enjoy the good news and then share it with others only to watch them slip away slowly?
They may think that I have no time, but it is possible to make time, just seems one sided..
