Pregnancy/baby book & birthing classes

Hi all, this is my first pregnancy and I wanted to ask if any of you had a favorite pregnancy book that also covers the first year of the baby's life? I'd like for my little one to have an all in one keepsake.

Also, what laboring methods should I look into? I've heard of Bradley and lamaze. But are there any you can personally attest to.

Re: Pregnancy/baby book & birthing classes

  • Hi knottie and welcome to the forum.  I encourage you to read the "read first" thread to help understand how our board is orgaized.  We try to discourage "on off" posts to avoid cluttering the board - these questions would be good for the "great big question" thread.  Also, (assuming you are due in September), please stop by the introductions thread and introduce yourself!
    Current pregnancy -
First BFP on 1/4/22.  Due date 9/13/22.

Four prior losses, no living children - 1 first trimester miscarriage, 1 blighted ovum, 1 chemical, and one extreme premature live birth daughter who died at 15 days old.

  • Also check the precious threads. There was one already about pregnancy books. You might find what you're looking for there😊
