Hi my 4 month baby making eye contact when lying on bed but avoiding seeing faces when held in arms like constantly moving head to left and right.has anyone experienced this

sounds like it could be normal to me, they are trying to see and learn everything around them. I would talk to your pediatrician if concerned.
