No heartbeat at first scan

Hello fellow mommas. I went for my first dating ultrasound today. I thought I was 7w4 days. The technician did abdominal and vaginal ultrasound and didnโ€™t shared anything ( no heartbeat) and said doctor will tell you exactly how long you measure and exact delivery date. I have a 4.5 year old and my second pregnancy was a silent miscarriage last year at 7 weeks in January. Doctor just called and said my pregnancy is 6w6d and he will like to have another ultrasound around Friday when pregnancy is around 7.5 weeks to see if itโ€™s a viable pregnancy or not. I am so heartbroken ๐Ÿ’” my Husband is out of country as my mother in law passed away last week and I literally have no emotional support right now. I might know the answer but did anyone had no heartbeat at 6weeks and they were able to listen heartbeat at 7.5 weeks. I want to keep my hopes up but I also donโ€™t want to keep my hopes up. My daughter has been praying everyday for baby brother or baby sister. I am so broken and in pain. ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’”

    @phuldeep Iโ€™m sending you big big hugs! Iโ€™m so sorry for this stressful middle ground, and hope and pray that baby grows a little heartbeat by Friday. Do you have any friends or family nearby? Take it easy on yourself this week and do what you need to stay comfortable, relaxed, and find any possible moments of peace in the unknown.

    6 weeks is still early so donโ€™t lose hope yet! I know the waiting game is so, so painful. Try to practice as much self-care as possible and focus on loving yourself and relaxing. I am thinking of you and sending good vibes/prayers your way ๐Ÿ’•

    I went for my first scan on Mar 28, I was 7 weeks. Could only see the sac, but no baby, no heartbeat. Ultrasound tech and physician said still could be too early. Went for US this morning 8w4d lots of growth and heartbeat at 151bpm.
