Belly measuring way ahead

Hi. I had my appt yesterday and I’m 26w5d. My belly measured at 32 weeks she said, but didn’t seem concerned. This is my 3rd baby and I only had about 7 weeks of recovery from my 2nd baby before becoming pregnant with this one. I’m trying not to stress, but 5 weeks seems extreme.

At 22w6d, I was measuring at 26 and my doctor was not concerned. He said sometimes the baby just settles in a way that makes you measure bigger, and that measuring smaller is the real concern. At my scan four days later, my baby measured 23w1d
