Drinking before I knew I was pregnant

Hi! So I recently found out I’m pregnant (March 21st) it was a complete shock I was on birth control and not planning on getting pregnant for at least a couple years. I can’t be more than 6 weeks at this point and was a pretty regular drinker. I have my first appointment next week l but I need some peace of mind!

You’re just going to have to wait and see. I’m sorry. I don’t know what “regular drinking” means, and currently there’s not any guidance other than abstain entirely. I will say though that a scan won’t show anything. FASD is not like, say, Down’s, which can be predicted through things like the nose bone and neck thickness.
