No fetal pole

Hi, I’m 5 weeks and 6 days today (IVF). I’ve been spotting very little for about a week, betas are normal. Yesterday the spotting was a bit heavier, more like bleeding and it was more like blood in color than the brown color it’s been. My fertility clinic had me go in for a beta and ultrasound. There was a gestational sac and a yolk sac but no fetal pole. They said there was debris around the sac that suggests a threatened miscarriage. I have not had that bleeding since and it only happened when I peed. My beta came back at 13,185 so they are a bit confused because my labs suggest everything is fine but ultrasound did not. Also confused because with that high of a beta there should be a fetal pole. I haven’t bleed like that since the appointment yesterday, now I just have the old blood brown spotting again (very little). Has this happened to anyone and there be a positive outcome?
