Anybody doing keto and breastfeeding? Help please

I started doing keto and my milk supply had plummeted. I was taking electrolytes. I added in some oatmeal to try to pick it up again.

I usually eat 4 eggs, bacon or sausage and berries for breakfast ( now adding oatmeal). Ground meet with tomatoes and cheese for lunch. Cheese and nuts for snack or if hungry. And a meet for dinner (fish, shrimp, chicken) with mushrooms/ peppers avocado.

Abby tips. I'm feeling great and losing the baby weight but it's not worth it if I don't get my milk supply up. Please help. Thanks!
